Yohann graduated from the École Nationale Supérieure de Chimie de Lille (FRANCE) in 2018. He carried out his final year as an Erasmus student at the University of St Andrews where in his MChem project he worked on developing a Buchwald Hartwig Amination reaction in aqueous media for GenoChemetics purposes under the supervision of Prof. Rebecca Goss.
He started his Ph.D in Fluorine Chemistry in 2018, under the supervision of Prof. David O’Hagan.
In his spare time Yohann practices archery and represents the University of St Andrews in competitions such as the Scottish Student Sport (SSS) Championship and the British Universities & Colleges Sport (BUCS) Championship. He also enjoys running and watching movies.
